Direct Injection Foam Skid
Self-contained skid for proportioning foam concentrate with the capability of 1% @ 30,000 GPM, 3% @ 10,000 GPM and 6% @ 5,000 GPM. System meters foam application based upon flow for accurate concentrations. Flow meter reads total flow and concentrate used.
- 300 GPM foam pump
- 12″ discharge manifold with 4 lug Storz adapters
- Cummins QSB Tier 3 engine (other engine options available)
- Two (2) 3” intake valves
- One (1) 2” discharge for foam transfer
- Fork lift and lifting eye provisions
- Six (6) 3” X 10’ foam pick up hoses
- Push-button control of foam proportioning rates from 0.1% to 10% in 0.1% increments
- Shows current flow-per-minute of water
- Shows total volume of water discharged during and after foam operations are completed
- Shows total amount of foam concentrate consumed
